Car towed from lot even though I have a pass. $350 to get it back. Slumlord couldn't care less. Terrible company.
Your lock breaking and being locked out of your apartment is NOT considered an emergency. You have medications? Animals inside? Sucks to be you. They don't give a damn. Water seeping up your floorboards for 5 months? Smells like sewage? They'll tell you they want to send out a vendor but they show up.
I hate these people. These trashy slum lords want $50 to replace my parking pass after my car was stolen. Go to hell, I'll park on the street and I'm not renewing my lease. 👎👎👎👎👎
Patty in personal lines is the absolute worst rep there and if that is how this company operates I would highly recommend finding another insurance carrier. She is rude, and won’t listen to what is being told to her and refusing to quote business. Management should not allow a person like that to work there! Will never refer business there ever again.
