The apartments are very reasonably priced. The landlords are easy to work with but the on site property managers are old and grump and wont fix anything but get upset it you do it yourself. The parking is extremely limited, the washer and dryer are not worth the 2 bucks and the apartments are slightly drafty due to age. No A/C. Very quiet tenants and outstanding price, but don't get your hopes up when it come to getting things fixed.
