I called Bergens Roofing for an estlmate and Mr. Jesse as promised arrived the next day. We agreed on a price form the tornado damages on 4/10/24. Mr. Jesse and workers arrived at my home within a few days to repair all damages. During the process everyone was professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with the repairs and had a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommand Bergens Roofing and l will use them for future roofing needs. Thanks again to the tall and handsome gentleman.
We had roof damage from Hurricane Ida, and Bergens Roofing was recommended by another homeowner in our neighborhood. Drake and Jesse showed up for the inspection when they said they would, and were very thorough with explaining the condition of the roof as well as the options for replacement. Shingles were a bit hard to come by, but they worked hard to secure the materials needed for the job so that we could be ready to proceed with the replacement as soon as the insurance adjuster had done their inspection. Overall very pleased with the work they did. Roof looks great. Great communication from the time I called about an estimate until the job was finished. Only took them about 9 hours to do the roof replacement. Highly recommend them.
If you want the best, go to Bergens Roofing. We verified that Bergens was licensed and sufficiently insured in both general liability and workers' comp, and Drake came out and physically inspected the roof and used a drone to view and take pictures before giving us options. We chose to install a high quality GAF roof with full waterproofing and are happy we did! I can't express how amazing this company is. From the first call (which I spoke to Lyndsay) to Jason coming out to give me an estimate to teaching me about my roof.
