I went for an appointment post-surgery and had to wait over an hour and when they finally called me I did not even get to see the Doctor. I saw one of the new hygienists and she spent like a minute with me. I paid over $1,000 dollars for the surgery and am not satisfied with his treatment. I recommend to look elsewhere if you are looking for a Periodontist for surgery.
I had been a pt. for a couple years for two treatments. After the second visit I had an issue and made an appointment to see Dr Bergen for a follow up. He said everything was fine and acted if I have a communicable disease and would not look me in the eye. The staff is rude and do not return phone calls. The Dr. is interested in money not your dental health.
