Everything that these ppl are saying is true. Took my case in March therapy was finished in Aug still no demand package has been prepared. Just spoke with the medical office and my records has been sent. I just want this case over and done!!! Hopefully they will get on their job with my case and it closes sooner than later. Wow, finally a lawyer that has a plan. Simple and well-staffed operation. They executed my case within a timely manner and were able to get money that was within my insurance coverages (minus their 40% and negotiated medical costs) but the insurance company was not willing to part with. My car was t-boned when I was 3 months pregnant. I've heard Sweet James on AM 570 so I decided to give them a call. I've never had an attorney before but Samuel Hernandez walked me through everything and put my worries at ease. Chloe Way and Gabe Vigh were so helpful throughout the whole process. My experience with this firm is they will lie and cheat you out of what your really owed. They never answer any questions I have with a straight answer it's always replied back with an evasive answer. They tell you to feel free to contact them but when you do they put you on hold for long periods of time. Kayla Jared kevin all have these super superior attitudes. Very bad experience. VERY BAD
