COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL- Office manager Mary A. ( refused to provide last name) I call to refill medication, and before I get a greeting on the phone she answers rude, disrespectful and yelling in a very angry demeanor about medication I’m not even calling about in the first place. When I addressed my concerns about how she treats patients .. her response was “ tell the Dr. I’ve been with him for many years” Patients go to an office like this for help. I have been going to Dr Zaidi for several years and always felt comfortable with him. He has been very helpful and attentive to my problems. The office staff is also very pleasant and answers all my questions about my appointments.

Excellent doctor is very knowledgable and very understanding. Office staff is very helpfull, Mary the office manager works very hard to accommodate patients requests.

Horrible experience. Called to get an appointment and the lady who answered the phone questioned why I needed therapy and told me they aren’t accepting new patients when the website clearly says they are. She then proceeded to hang up on me.
