I had a service call 3-4 weeks ago. The service man came and was very very slow. After he was done and my central air was working he did god only knows in my back yard for 10-15 minutes so I checked on him and told him I didn't need anything else. Then it took him over 10 minutes to pack up a few tools and about 10-15 minutes to write up the ticket. He comes in and charges me for 1 1/2 hrs for about 30-40 minutes of actual working.
