I’ve lived here since 2008. Shortly after moving in, and of course, right after warranties ran out, things started breaking down. The bonus room AC went out, the retaining wall came apart at the front bottom part of the property. I specifically had asked about the retaining wall and how long they expected a wood retaining wall to last. The property manager told me “50 years past I’m dead and gone.” I guess he was expecting me to die the next day! Gas fire place no longer works. Do not buy a home here. Homes look great on the outside but are poorly constructed with cheap materials. The developer controls the HOA and is only interested in lining his pockets. Avoid this place, there are much better options in the CSRA.
Greedy developmer trying to jack up housing prices in North Augusta. Developers like this will kill the progress that has happened in the area.
