We had an amazing experience at Bergen Optical in Hackensack! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. We weren’t even seated for more than a few minutes before my daughter was taken back for her eye exam, which went smoothly and efficiently thanks to Dr. Layla. She was thorough, kind, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable. Eliana was absolutely outstanding. The staff and doctor were all professional and respectful. I had been to many Optometry appointments in the past, but this location was by far one of the best with efficiency and expertise.
