Useless appointment, waste of money
Worst place, completely understaffed. My mom is a patient here and while I was waiting for my mom, I had to help a man who had Trouble walking fill out his paper work. The Korean lady in the front just let the clip board up front for him to get up and get it, and I got up instead to help him. Not only after I helped him she told him to fill out the rest and as I asked her to help him she told me to hold on and walked away. And I told her I am not his aide. Visiting Doctor Willner was the worst experience I ever had. I waited for over 45 minutes after my appointment time. This is when I noticed the desk staff's unwelcoming and unprofessional behavior. After finally getting hollered (hollered not called for politely) out of the waiting room, I was taken to a room where the doctors assistant took my blood pressure. The most arrogant group of people. I had an IME (Independent Medical Exam) there, and they had mistaken me for another patient, then told me 3 times I was wrong, then charged me \$150 for missing an appt! Stay away from these people; they think they own the world because they went to Med School. Go elsewhere....dont patronize these unworthy creeps.
very helpful and caring doctors. They took the time to talk to me about my illness and helped me understand what was going on. I would recommend Dr.Willner to anyone.
