Been asking front desk for signed urgent documents and they have been asking for them for over a week
This office went downhill ever since Dr. Frisch left. My Ozempic ran out and the new doctor would not renew my refill unless I see him. My appt. is in 2 weeks and I’m not sure what he’s going to discover in 2 weeks!!! Bureaucracy at its worst.
This clinic has some of the most unprofessional, disrespectful staff I’ve dealt with anywhere. I arrived exactly at my appointment time and checked in politely, only to be met with immediate attitude. The front desk woman (Black woman with poofy/frizzy hair) sighed, rolled her eyes, and even softly slammed her hand on the mouse before asking my name — making it painfully clear she didn’t want me there and I was somehow bothering her just by existing.
