This office went downhill ever since Dr. Frisch left. My Ozempic ran out and the new doctor would not renew my refill unless I see him. My appt. is in 2 weeks and I’m not sure what he’s going to discover in 2 weeks!!! Bureaucracy at its worst.
This clinic has some of the most unprofessional, disrespectful staff I’ve dealt with anywhere. I arrived exactly at my appointment time and checked in politely, only to be met with immediate attitude. The front desk woman (Black woman with poofy/frizzy hair) sighed, rolled her eyes, and even softly slammed her hand on the mouse before asking my name — making it painfully clear she didn’t want me there and I was somehow bothering her just by existing. Dr. So is very excellent provider and staff wonderful people very knowledgeable about all aspects of the patient care process and how they can support patients with their care needs.
