I just had Steve refinish several floors in my new house, including taking up carpeting. He and his guys did an excellent job including moving all of the furniture and putting it back. The floors look amazing and the price was very reasonable.
Steve is very personable... however he starts a job and leaves you stranded in the middle of it. He put down a new hardwood floor in my kitchen that was being renovated. When it was time to come stain the floor and finish the work he ignored my calls. I had to find another company to finish his job and correct his mistakes.
I have a problem with the work that was done and my request for service is totally ignored. I recommend going elsewhere.
