I went in for a cleaning and second opinion, and Dr. Chae offered a treatment plan much better than the one the other dentist proposed, which would have been overkill and some of it unnecessary. Dr. Chae explained the process and did a great job. One filling felt a touch too high for me (my fault I hadn’t said anything at the time), and he was happy to see me again to make it more comfortable. I'm really glad I found Dr. Chae. He is one of the few dentists I have been to who actually takes the time to listen and truly cares about you as a person, not just a patient. He is very patient and never makes you feel rushed. He noticed a small chip on one of my front teeth and fixed it just for the aesthetics, not because I asked, but because he genuinely cared. One of the best experiences I’ve had overall (medically of course). The front desk, assistant, dentist are all very kind and direct. They’re very understanding and addressed all my questions/concerns. Dr. Jimmy Chae is very knowledgeable and beyond experienced. I tend to get very stressed with any dental matters, which was not a problem for Dr. Chae. He was patient, explained the entire process, and completely phenomenal work. Couldn’t recommend him enough.
