One of the best experiences I’ve had overall (medically of course). The front desk, assistant, dentist are all very kind and direct. They’re very understanding and addressed all my questions/concerns. Dr. Jimmy Chae is very knowledgeable and beyond experienced. I had two root canals done on the same day, and Dr. Chae at Bergen did an absolutely amazing job. The entire procedure was smooth, fast, and completely painless. I left the office with no pain, no discomfort, and zero issues, even afterward. He’s been my dentist for last 5 years now! Dr. Chae is extremely skilled, gentle, and professional—truly the best dentist I’ve ever been to in Bergen County. Terrible experience. My mom and I both had dental work done there, fillings for me and fillings plus a crown for her. Two months later, we went to another dentist, and they had to redo both of our fillings. They also had to remove the crown Dr. Chae had placed because he didn't do a root canal in that area beforehand, not sure how that could've been missed. I was very impressed with Dr. Chae! He is not only professional and knowledgeable but also very friendly and kind. His staff was equally friendly, and the office environment was bright and welcoming. My first visit, which included an exam and cleaning, was the best dental experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend Dr. Chae for any dental care needs!
