I have been a patient for over 5 years and only had great experience. The doctor is very knowledgeable and the staff is polite and helpful. I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. I would not trust bad reviews

I have been going to this office for the past two years or so. I have encountered minor issues with the doctor in terms of having visits feeling rushed and having recommended a short term solution. I had to call the office many times in order for Dr. Cho to finally read me my test results. However, today was my worst experience. I made an appointment the day before initially for 9:45 a.m. I then called back and said I needed to go to work by 10:10 and they said to come at 9:30 instead. My visit with Dr. Jennifer Cho was beyond poor. I sat in the room in a paper gown for 30 minutes waiting for her to start our appointment and when she finally came in the room she said she had a meeting that ran over. She then examined me in all of five minutes. The visit was rushed, she was dismissive of my having sat there for 30 minutes and after finding out I wasn’t on birth control with my husband she asked if I were to get pregnant “would I keep the baby?” The question was out of left field, it wasn’t in the context of... read more
