Wait time is too long.. I've been going there for couple of years now and even though I make an appointment, I have to wait more than half an hour the appointment time always!!!!!!!!
The doctor is very attentive and professional, and the front desk staff are also very kind and friendly
I have been a patient for over 5 years and only had great experience. The doctor is very knowledgeable and the staff is polite and helpful. I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. I would not trust bad reviews
I have been going to this office for the past two years or so. I have encountered minor issues with the doctor in terms of having visits feeling rushed and having recommended a short term solution. I had to call the office many times in order for Dr. Cho to finally read me my test results. However, today was my worst experience. I made an appointment the day before initially for 9:45 a.m. I then called back and said I needed to go to work by 10:10 and they said to come at 9:30 instead.
