I had a great experience having Bergen County Collision handle my towing and my car's release to the insurance company. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and helped me navigate the whole process which made everything easier. Highly recommended.

I can not explain how much of a mistake it was to use Bergen Colission. It took me over a month to get my car back, it took days and multiple attempts to get any type of response, they milked my insurance for every possible cent which doubled my insurance policy cost and it was overall a miserable experience.
