WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I bought an Audi Q5 in December of 2024 and have only been able to drive it a hand full of times because it had so many issues directly off the lot. The exact day I bought it the engine was misfiring so it needed repairs. Three days later the heat didn't work and needed a heater core. I'm not sure they even replaced anything as I didn't see a parts receipt. They said they replaced the core, a few days later my drivers side floor is soaked in coolant and and smoke is billow... read more

Tried to buy a car through the cargurus app the dealer ran my credit and dinged it and took a $250 as a deposit to hold the vehicle so I could buy the vehicle when I got my check 3 days later from insurance. While waiting on my check I had asked the dealer for a video of the car and then the sales man (sam) then blocked me after and the dealership wont answer my calls about my refund on my deposit after countless calls. Cargurus is trying to find a resolution since they left me no choice but to reach out to their support tea... read more
