I recently attended a free of cost meditation session that was hosted by Bergen Counseling Collective. The event was overall a very zen and positive experience. There were candles lit all over the office so that the atmosphere felt relaxing and inviting. The office is a beautiful and open space, and therapists on staff were present to help answer any questions attendees might have about the practice or engaging in therapy before/after the meditation.
