Online Scheduling Makes it Easy I appreciated the ease on scheduling my car online. Also, regular services had prices next to them, so I knew how much to expect. This was my second car servicing done by Riverview. My third is already scheduled.
Awesome dealership!!!! My two worst experiences in life are buying a car and buying a mattress! Riverview Toyota changed that!!! We tried to buy a new car form two other dealerships--one would, not give us the time of day, made us wait for 20 minutes when we finally walked out, the other never returned my phone call for two weeks. WE went to Riverview and within 20 minutes we had worked out a deal and bought the vehicle. The people in the service department were very helpful and congenial. They advised me of other services I might followup on (timing belt, tires, etc.)
Good person and helpful. I didn't feel pressure at any time. Cooking on Saturdays for the customers and employees.
Service people are very courteous and helpful. We are loving our prius and the service dept. we would rate very, very good. They communicate/remind us of the next service date for our 2012 Prius. It's always nice to be reminded as a courtesy.
From start to finish they were more than professional and made sure that they delivered what I wanted. This new Corolla will now join its older brother (1995 Corolla) which continues to run like a clock. Many thanks to the staff at Riverivew Toyota.
