Brought my car here for an oil change, they mistakenly removed my tires and junked them, then called to ask if I had a preference to low profile tires or not.. I asked why my tires had anything to do with an oil change and they hung up on me!
Had an appointment scheduled for motor work. A girl called back and said they couldn’t actually work on my car that Monday and rescheduled me to the following Monday after I had already made decisions based on the earlier date. I am so appreciative to have this service in our hometown. I called last week after getting a low tire pressure alert while I was working in Marshfield (about 35 minutes away). I asked if they could take a look at it at some point, and without hesitation they fit me in the same day and found a huge rock in my tire. I was hesitant to have the removal and repair done because my schedule was tight, but their staff went above and beyond by staying after hours to remove the rock and patch my tire that night.
