The staff is very friendly. It has been a hour and 10 minutes since my appointment time. I had to walk out of the room to inquire about the excessive wait time. The doctor had an unexpected meeting come up…..nobody thought to come in the room and let me know!
Less than 20 minutes wait time for each of my 5 appointments! Entire staff was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Fay was my surgeon and asked prior to each surgery if he could pray for me.. For context, I am a retired RN with 32 years of service including 10+ years in Critical Care. I never, not once, saw a physician ask to pray for a patient . 100% recommendation for this group. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of me from start to finish. God Bless
Having vision problems, but the next appointment available is 5 months away. That's ridiculous.
