I have used this company for the past 15 years without question for a reason! The Seattle office has been nothing short of exemplary. Over the years we have had some interesting projects to say the least that have required creative collaboration between my structural engineer and the team in the Seattle office. I would not use Berg Equipment & Scaffolding again, even if they were the only option available. We rented a set of bleachers from Berg, and they were so incredibly beat up that we had to spend hours cleaning them and repainting the rusted bases and cross-pieces just to make them presentable. Then, when we returned the bleachers, they had the audacity to tell me they had to charge us a fee because we had (re)painted the bases and cross-members, and they don't match the rest of their beat-to-hell equipment. Reasonable price for monthly scaffold rental for residential project. Beats using ladders or pump jack platforms (imho). Good customer service in confirming setup needed for my project. Hauled and assembled myself, coming in at last minute to pick up with no drama from management for crew (sorry about that!).

Sent out three lifts. #1 - basket didn't turn, #2 - ran out of propane, basket and lift didn't work. #3 lift has flat tire, basket kind of worked and was an old c grade lift. Extremely rude front office woman. Lift sitting around for day 2 to find out not on schedule to be picked up. Have to wait until after Friday, sat, sun, Monday and maybe Tuesday pick up. Very snotty unprofessional customer service.
