I have never been to this place.
Berg Appraisal was hired to do the appraisal for our refinance. We also used Todd from Heritage Home Loans as our loan officer. I was expecting the process to be stressful based on a past experience, but it went very smoothly. I believe this was due to the quality work and timeless of our appraiser, and Heritage Home Loans having a good working relationship with their appraisers.
