Review for Brett Rammel Unfortunately, I can’t recommend doing business with Brett Rammel. His public behavior online is unprofessional, offensive, and deeply concerning—especially for someone representing a business. If this is how he treats people in public forums, I can’t imagine how he handles customer service or professionalism behind the scenes. I’d suggest spending your money where respect and integrity still matter.

Bad experience with my snow blower.
I paid $361 for a snowblower tuneup. It now won't start. I called and he said he'd come out to fix it yesterday; a day after we got 10+ inches of snow. He didn't show up. He said he warranties his work, but didn't show up when he said he would and didn't call with any explanation. At this time, I'd recommend going to someone more reliable.
Great customer service, very knowledgeable, fast return time, all around Great guy. Definitely worth checking out.
