My mother was a patient at this practice for 20 years, but the reliability and professionalism have clearly deteriorated. Doctor orders a lab? Good luck getting it done between the technical difficulties in the office and staff incompetence. Urgent situation? Don’t bother. Reaching anyone by phone requires countless attempts, and getting a response takes hours. After two decades as a patient, it’s shocking how unresponsive and disorganized this practice has become.
when you can get an appointment with her, she's good, but her staff and the way that office is run is terrible. they cancel appointments without notification and then say they called, its a pain to get a callback if you get one at all, it's difficult to get answers, and that's just to name a few. the staff turnover there is very high, so I'm not sure if it's because they're overworked or what is going on. unfortunately the Dr. is not enough to keep me as a patient when 90% of the interactions are with the staff and its alway... read more
