What a terrible experience dealing with this company. If you are 100% certain that you will never require any assistance once you have leased from them- you will be just fine. However, if you have any needs whatsoever plan on getting the runaround. Keep in mind, it will take you several calls and emails to get the runaround so be ready. Obviously I should have read these reviews before I placed a few phone calls. I wouldn’t have wasted my time had I done this on advance. After several calls I never received a response. Surely, I can find a more reliable rental company within the area. Very disappointed.
Most difficult property management company to communicate with and resolve problems. This is especially important when dealing with water problems such as those with the shower and sink which can cost big bucks down the line. Problems are rarely fixed in a timely manner. If I owned property managed by this company I would be concerned about problems such as leaks not being fixed before they became major issues.
I was their first customer and I'm still here--because they do a great job of finding and managing tenents. I have had very little time between renters, and often no time between renters. They manage it well and take care of problems. I don't have to worry about it or even think about it. I would recommend DI Rentals to those who want their properties managed well.
