I recently visited this walk-in clinic and was pleasantly surprised by how much it's improved! The clinic is now under new ownership, and the difference is night and day. Everything is much cleaner, more organized, and the overall environment feels so much more welcoming. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's clear that the new management cares about providing a better experience for patients. Highly recommend giving it another try if you haven’t been in a while!
I don’t even want to give a 1 star my husband is in addiction recovery care they told him to find somewhere else because they are closing. He needs his records and some paperwork from them and he has called many times as have I and left messages. They are not contacting him back and they never answer the phone. First let me start off by saying I have been sick multiple times this year. Atleast 7/9 times I've been they have not wanted to see me. Second of all the sign on the door and website say that they close at 6 but if you get there at 4:30 they are already gone and don't wanna see you. Wonderful staff and care!!!
Went to this clinic on 10/01/24 very sick at 9am when they opened and was told that the doctor wouldn't be in until 10. Their online hours say they open at 8. I recommend going elsewhere
