I have been coming to this Urgent Care for years and I have always had okay experiences in the past- I wanted to finally leave a review because the newer receptionist, Amy, is absolutely above and beyond!! She always ensures my children and I feel welcomed and extra cared for! She is always so kind and happy! The practitioner they have right now (the older woman) is also phenomenal! I’m so happy they have these women working here now, they make the experience go from normal/mediocre to phenomenal!! Thank you!
I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Staff was caring and pleasant.
We were in and out in 30 min. Dr was very nice but couldn’t tell us what was wrong with our daughter so she chalked it up to an ear infection. She was so sweet though and so was the rest of the staff!
