We are disabled seniors and I am having major surgery. This place you can't talk to anyone in corporate. I have done automatic pay they took rent on the 1st and 3rd which the 3rd they are authorized. We are on the 8th day waiting on a refund which we needed because of my surgery Never heard sorry for any inconvenience but tried to say it was my fault which they see different now Also I have had 2 work orders in for weeks and never got those taken care of yet.

I lived here for 6 years. And I honestly don’t recommend it. It’s extremely noisy. Extremely noisy. All day and all night. Rent increases every year. Mr Charles, maintenance the last 2 years I was there is AMAZING. That’s about it. The apartment themselves as far as the size and layout aren’t bad but it’s not worth the outside activity. I stayed to myself.

Wish I could rate it lower then this when I first moved here everything was good but since the new management took over it has completely gone down hill they increase the rent every year they post eviction notices on the door for everyone to see they don't care about the residents in need and getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth with Mark the so called property manager
