Cleveland Heating & Cooling is the only company I’ll call from now on. The technician was professional and didn’t try to upsell anything. Fast repair and clear communication. Very trustworthy service.
They fixed our boiler just in the nick of time before that massive cold front hit. I was so stressed, but they handled it. Couldn't be happier!
There is no HVAC company at this location. Nor has there ever been. Been a coffee shop for more than 30 years.
Russ is the best!! He has taken care of my family since we were kids and now that I have a home of my own he's the first to call. Our furnace stopped working during these insanely cold temps and he came the same day to inspect. It required a part he didn' have but he was back the next day to fix and clean everything up. Whenever he's busy he calls to check in and say he hasn't forgotten about us, but that other issues may have popped up. I trust him and love supporting someone local. Thank you Russ!!
