They tried to charge me $50 in labor to replace a piece of trim around the driver side door window of my truck. Tried to tell me the inside door panel and glass had to be removed to replace the single piece of plastic trim and that it would take over an hour total. As soon as I had them show me the part, I knew they were lying through their teeth. RecommendedThey were precise, NOT overpriced, and got the job done in the time stated. We got "tapped" in Atlanta, and the car got a deep ding in between the hatch and panel, as well as a scratch on the bumper. BCC fixed this so well that you can't tell there was ever an issue!
I can not stress how incredible David Powell and his mechanics are. They are professional, experienced, & trustworthy. Over the past several years, I’ve gone to him for body work, repairs, & basically everything car related. He has always treated me wonderfully & done more than required. I had repairs done by a dealer who not only did a bad job, but treated me poorly. David and Berea Collision came to my rescue!They fixed my car, worked with my insurance, went above and beyond by touching up spots that were chipped, and washed my car. It looks great, and they cared about making sure I was happy. I highly recommend Berea Collision!
