Just purchased a used VW and the staff was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. They did not rush me into a decision and made sure to explain all the steps in the buying process. One of the salesmen even walked my partner and I around the lot to show us their project vehicles for fun while paperwork was being processed. Would highly recommend.
