Very inept individual. Spent excessive time at my home talking about personal matters such as his "hardwood floors" at home. I have a house that I am listing for 1.2MM. The county just reappraised it a $916,000 and Mr. Berding comes up with a $830,000 valuation. Call to ask him why and says bank is his client not me and hangs up.
