It is now end of 2025. Complain about neighbors that make living stressful in your own apartment unit, and staff make up excuses to avoid doing anything helpful. Noise here is terrible because of the neighbors thrashing about daily, starting early as 3 in the morning. Upstairs go at it for 15+ hours daily. No one wants to do their job properly here.
