剛剛打電話去，我問can i speak chinese，姑娘話（你講啦！），我話我唔係公民係遊客， 有啲唔舒服，想搵醫生睇睇，佢話CA$150.一次只只收現金，佢話會開返收據畀你claim保險，我話冇問題，佢問有乜唔舒服，我話我心口右邊落少少有啲痛，痛了2，3天，佢問我幾歳，我話64，佢話等等我去問醫生，轉頭話我聽醫生今日唔收walk in，我問今日唔收？佢話你揾過第二個醫生啦，我又問明天又...。佢立刻又講你揾過第二個醫生啦，收綫。
Horrible.
I'm very disappointed in the service Dr. Adrian Lo and his office has provided!! I've been going to his office for a better part of ten years. At the start, he only spent 10 mins on my appointments. I understood that he was busy with other patients, so I didn't mind it. But as time went on, he showed less care to his patients. My last few appointments were over the phone and he wasn't "confident" enough to provide a diagnosis for a simple issue and sent me to the ER. Recently, I wanted to schedule an appointment with him.
