This is “BEE” grade redwood are you kidding me!!!!! They loaded them on trailer bad side down. 90% white wood!!!!!!! Big knots in my “BEE” grade 4 x 4 posts - I’m afraid now they won’t support the weight. Why did I pay extra???????????!!!!!!!!!! I can’t believe they actually loaded this crap on my trailer when I asked to please pick some good ones!!! So freak’n disappointed with their product!!!!!
Prices are competitive, gated yard is clean and the staff is extremely respectful. These young men are the epitome of customer service. This is my only stop for mulch now.
Worst possible customer service. Spoke with the manager Nate Barry and it was too much trouble to give a quote. I called the rancho location and it was super easy. Avoid this place at all costs. It would be hard to be less helpful
Great experience with them. Both don't know if they are open on Labor Day or not. My boss for Ortiz landscape has gotten a lot of walk-on bark from them. When I call, everything is in Spanish for the operation of hours. And don't give me an option for English
