Love Bercley! Really great, quiet neighborhood. These condos are spacious with lots of windows- you don't feel like you are living in a tiny little box. Maintenance has been really responsive (and polite) when I have submitted requests. Their HVAC guy (Wes) came to fix my refrigerator and then even came back and double checked on it later that week. The staff has been really professional and gone out of their way for us. Great place to live.
Been living here 3 years now and enjoy the quiet, close proximity to everything & layout. Property is kept up & maintenance has always been fast/friendly! Having a 2 car garage & plenty of square footage is a great value in Gahanna.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The reviews on here are completely FAKE. They are posted by management and employees. The upkeep on the property sucks and management and owners do NOT care about tenant concerns.
