SCAM! did not receive my meat. They don't answer emails, they don't answer your calls. No update no response. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY!
It's been weeks, and I still haven't received my item. No one responds to emails, answers the phone, or returns voicemails. At this point, I have no confidence that I'll ever receive what I ordered, so I'll be filing a chargeback. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.
The man answering the phone is rude. I wont be calling back or recommending them. Very poor customer service. Follow up: And his response to my review is a prime example of his rude behavior, lack of professionalism, and poor customer service. He agreed to meet me at a specific time to sell the 1lb, never mentioning being a whole sale dealer. When I called and text, at said time, he didn't even have the decency to answer.
Great quality of meats and very fast delivery.
Omg what a horrible person! If you get triggered by a simple inquiry then maybe don’t run a business!
