This review is for 4 people, and should’ve been posted a decade ago. Gran is a rare mechanic. He offers great service at affordable rates, with solid turnaround time. We appreciate how honest and real he is
THANK YOU to Gran at Beratlis Automotive. I was told by a dealer that my Ford Explorer (only has 68K miles on it) had a leak in the timing cover and I should fix that and of course they suggested that the water pump and timing chain be replaced. Estimated cost $4100+ Something did not seem right. So went to Gran at Beratlis as he was highly recommended, and now I know why. He showed me that there was NO LEAK anywhere on the timing cover. Very knowledgeable mechanic with great customer service.
Took my 1996 Chevrolet Suburban there via a tow truck. Gran let me keep on-site until he could get to it. Fixed it on day he said he would at quoted cost. Highly recommended.
