Berardino Realtors assisted me in purchasing my condo back in 2020 and did a no hassle, fantastic job all around. Jason was knowledgeable about the local market and had even lived a few doors down a handful of years prior. Excellent choice if you want a no nonsense realtor.

People like this should have their real estate license taken away. Berardino was the selling agent for the house I bought. Completely unresponsive to my agent's calls and emails. The most they did was occasionally respond to a text message. They did 0 work for the seller. Never showed up to any showings or meetings. I can't believe they still get paid for doing nothing on the sellers behalf. They were late to update sale status, didn't extend the sale contract after it lapsed because THEY needed a few more days. You should think twice before buying a home from Jon. Uncommunicative, unprofessional, and rude. Took days to weeks to respond, verbally berated my realtor, and extremely condescending with almost every encounter. After all those years of “experience” you’d expect a level of professionalism. Helped turn a first time buying a home into a very unpleasant experience. When the time comes to buy a home again if it is being sold by this group I would never put myself through this again.
