Waited for one month fir a tech to come out. **** showed up at the wrong time. Replaced back flow valve incorrectly causing water to leak/spray out when sprinklers turned on. Caller Berardi they initially said they can come back in one month to fix the problem they created. After I explained that my grass will dry out after a month of no water they said the owner would come the next day between 8 and 12 to fix the problem. We tried to resolve. Customer screens all calls and does not have a voicemail that is set up. Pretty odd. I tried to call him 3 times today and he did not answer. My office said only way to contact him is to call and he usually calls you back in an hour and says "did you call me?" I'm sorry but this is odd. I hope people believe me because this is the truth. After being in business for 21 years, this is the stuff we run into.

Horrible customer service, very unprofessional. Never showed up, never called and people doing customer service got my address wrong and they sent their crew to another town thinking I live there!! Seriously! Next time they would install the system at my neighbor’s and charge me for it !!
