Very rude, he wouldn't even hear my story without making his own assumptions and belittling me. I have a very complex unique situation, which I would like legal representation to guide me. He was extremely short as i attempted to give him details and he just said, call somebody else, rudely I may add. This was all only based on an initial two minute conversation. If I would've known that his firm is too good for a gentleman like myself.I wouldn't have called, but i'm pretty sure my money spends the same as everybody else's.
I got to know Jan both as a professor and as a lawyer in a Nebraska real estate matter over a decade ago. I can’t say enough good things about him. Polished, knows the law, and does not back down from the bullies.
