My husband and I visited this store and spent time browsing, but we were never acknowledged by any staff. While a few associates were helping other customers, there were several who were not engaged—standing around talking with coworkers—who made direct eye contact with us multiple times and still chose not to acknowledge us at all. As always… I had a necklace that broke and my first thoughts were Bere’ Jewelers here I come. I took my very special necklace and left it knowing that it was in the best hands… master repairer. I was told it would be about two weeks. As always 3 days later I get the call that my fav necklace was repaired. It never look this good. It was beautiful and whole again and I am one happy customer. Thank you so much

My fiancé and I went in to see what our options were for our wedding bands for our up coming wedding. Laura was so insightful and patient with us since we came in with family pieces we wanted to try and incorporate. The store is beautiful with so many options to choose from.
