Unclean. My utensils, napkins, and pho condiments were served to me by a child of maybe 5 or 6 years of age. The little girls hands were dirty and her face was covered in dried on orange soda. Being a child, she took no care to avoid handling utensils by the parts that go into my mouth. Seeing this was truly nauseating. In addition to the much too young child server, the tables were filthy. Crumbs, dried on food were on all the tables. Some tables had dishes and empty soda cans from previous customers.
