Mike and his team are honest, fair and just nice guys who know about mercedes benz
Have been coming here for a couple years after getting sick of the up-charges at multiple dealerships. Staff is extremely honest and pricing is about 1/3 of the dealership.
I recently purchased a Mercedes that was serviced at Benztek for many years by the prior owner. I called and asked if was possible for them to email me service records for the car and they said of course and emailed them to me right away. The car is in great shape so I know they took good care of it for service.
Benztek is an amazing business with a very impressive owner, Mike Bain. He is a spiritual man and an expert on car repair and maintenance. He is very intelligent, trustworthy and I highly recommend him and his business. Benztek is very clean and orderly. It is very easy to find and get to. Thanks Mike for letting me be a customer for the last 20 years!
