I’ve worked with Jim Benzoni as his client and he as my immigration attorney for well over a decade and because of his advice, I am now stuck in a country that I left when I was approximately one year of age. The "consultation" is a complete scam. After already gaining legal advice and consultation from a different firm, the best course of action was my spouse and I to get married, and start the process for immigration. However we wanted to also check other firms and see if they may say anything different. The first almost 20 minutes was Mr Benzoni saying every negative thing under the sun with the most pessimistic and negative tones.
