After waiting nearly two hours from our reservation time for the office to reopen after a lunch break that was not announced in the hours posted on the building, they refused to rent us the reserved trailer because she said that she could not hook up the safety chains to a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado with a tow package. A U-Haul Rental location in Traverse City had no problem with the hook up to the exact same model of trailer.
