Mom and pop type of vibe. The staff and pharmacist were pleasant and attentive. Without my insurance covering the cost of the medication, the price was excellent. Will go there again.
My dermatologist referred me here for some prescriptions and I was kind of blown away by the service compared to large corporate pharmacies. They found a workaround when my insurance didn't cover my medications so they were still affordable for me, and the home delivery option is so convenient. My insurance is awful or I would fill all of my prescriptions here.
My first experience with Hawthorne Drugs in Mint Hill was when I went there to pick-up a prescription that no other pharmacy nearby had in stock. The prescription was ready for pick-up very promptly, and the pharmacy associates were very nice, and helpful. I was in and out very quickly with exactly what I needed. Immediately contacts you to confirm prescriptions and delivers them within a day. Has prescriptions I often can't find in other pharmacies. Great place!
The entire staff at this location is always friendly and professional. This is my go-to pharmacist, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and professional pharmacist!
