When I purchased the certified pre-owned car, I was told it came with an unlimited-mileage certification covering most of the major components, except for tires and a few minor parts. However, after a couple of months, I started hearing noise from the wheels. I called two weeks in advance, scheduled an appointment with a loaner, and provided all the necessary information. When I arrived, I was told they don’t provide complimentary loaners if you have a third-party warranty, something that was never mentioned beforehand. I was told to just give the warranty info to the service advisor when I arrived. Total communication failure, waited two weeks for nothing. Save yourself the headache and go to a different dealer if you can.
