The maintenance service quality is not great. I spent one grand for annual maintenance and when I took the car back, the tire pressure was lower than before… feels like they did nothing other than washing the car

Got charged $267 for a break inspection that wasn’t done. Told the consultant that my break light was on, and that I needed new brake pads. Asked for a break inspection to make sure nothing else was needed. They didn’t even take the tires off. Sent me a video stating that my brake light indicator was on and the pads are visibly worn. I bought a GLS 450 2022 from them last month, drove it from NJ to IL and now the car is nothing but trouble, tried to call them since every one is avoiding me, I spend a lot of money on this car at the end nothing but problems. Avoid this place as they will be all friendly when they try to sell you cars but then as soon as you leave the lot no one will even answer you call!
