Unsatisfactory service. I had to get replacement keys for my smart car. I asked my advisor for two only ordered on. When dropping it the vehicle I had an appointment at 10am with an advisor waited an hour to be seen. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Service advisor was not listening to the request made

This review is based on the check in experience for service only. So far. 50 min wait just to see an advisor. Any other dealer - totally unacceptable anywhere else dropping of a car for a service you should be in and out in 20 minutes. In the end just left it there and will get a call.
