Great communication and smooth booking process The barber was on time And the place is nice and clean
Booked the appointment in advance, even talked with the owner on call a day prior and he confirmed that he'd be available for the haircut at that particular time however when I reached the shop it was closed and even the owner wasn't reachable on the calls. What is the purpose of using Booksy if you can't keep your shop open when customers book an appointment? Lack of accountability, wasted my time. Pathetic.
Best haircut I have ever had since my first haircut this one was the best
I scheduled an appointment with him, he confirmed it, then he no showed to the appointment. This happened twice. Don’t waste your time on this guy he’s unreliable and will leave you hanging when you need your hair cut
