I have been taking my car to Benz Trendz for years. Chris and John are a great team. They are always friendly, helpful, and provide great care for my SL. As a woman, I am much more comfortable putting my trust into this small business rather than being just another number at a large dealership. Horrible experience. Four years ago I bought an older Mercedes. The car came with some spare parts. I went to this shop, and the guy refused to fix my car. He lecture me about "if you go to Mc Donalds do you take your own beef?" Really? I asked if I could just paid the extra "profit" in the lost commission of the parts... No way Jose! What type of business just refuses to service walk ins with money in their pockets? This was end of 2008... in the middle of the stock market crash.
